Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy carefully before submitting or purchasing a service.

Before work begins: A refund may be issued, less unavoidable provider charges where lawful.
After work begins: A fair amount may be retained for professional work already completed.
After delivery: Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or the agreed service was not provided.
Ineligible submission: Where EMIS™ declines the project before work begins, the evaluation fee will be refunded, less unavoidable provider charges where lawful.

Signature work may include separate milestone and cancellation terms in the written quotation.
